About the Author

Hakki Yilmaz is a professor of religion at a top university in Turkey. He is also the host of an international TV show filmed in Istanbul called “THE QUR’AN AND ISLAM” regularly featured on the major networks in Europe and Asia.

Yilmaz spreads the message of Islam. The religion of Islam is, as the meaning, “The religion that strengthens people [the set of principles that makes one distance from the things like problems, sorrows, wars, weaknesses, spiritual illnesses, unhappiness, and similar things and that endanger safety and security]. The religion of Islam taught in the Qur’an in fact distances people and societies from problems, fears, unhappiness, quarrels, wars, and similar negative things. All the principles in the Qur’an are for the health, happiness, and peaceful living of humanity.

  • This interpretation of the Qur’an has been a work in progress for over 40 years for renowned Turkish professor of religion, and spiritual leader; Hakki Yilmaz. Hakki believes some people and communities known as Muslims on earth adopted the views and understandings of some others as a religion by surrendering from the original messages of the Qur’an. Hence, intolerable problems among themselves and in their relations with non-Muslims have emerged and are still continuing to emerge.

This interpretation of The Noble Qur’an was published with the support of Yilmaz and his many colleges who worked on the original translation of the Arabic version of the original Qu’ran.

Many of the actions that have negatively impacted the Muslim community are formed by uneducated individuals on the true meaning of the original Qur’an. Yilmaz interpretation was created to help educate the Muslim people and general public on the original Qur’an’s meaning.
